Information we will request
- Show name and organizer name
- Event date, opening time, and closing time
- Venue name and complete street address
- Admission, early-entry, and parking information
- Estimated number of vendor tables
- Sports-card, TCG, memorabilia, and collectible categories
- Official website or public social-media event page
- Accessibility and family-friendly information
How review will work
- Organizer submits complete event details.
- Sports Card Monthly checks the official source and venue information.
- Approved events receive a last-verified date.
- Listings are placed in the relevant state and monthly guide.
- Organizers can request corrections if details change.
Free listings, editorial standards
Submitting an event will not guarantee publication. Sports Card Monthly may edit listing language for clarity, decline events that cannot be verified, and remove canceled or outdated information. Organizers remain responsible for keeping event details accurate.
