1995 Bowman Football Box Break, Review and Breakdown

1995 Bowman Football’s base checklist features a nice, round 357 cards. You know how Bowman Baseball has become known for prospects? Well, 1995 Bowman Football kind of had the same vibe. Out of the 357 cards on the checklist, 114 of those are Rookie Cards. Among them are a handful of Hall of Famers including Tony Boselli, Derrick Brooks, Ty Law, Curtis Martin and Warren Sapp.

There are a couple of parallels to chase, but no real inserts. 27 first round draft picks have foil stamped parallels falling a couple times in each box. There are also Gold Foil versions of the Expansion Team subset cards. These also fall a couple of times per box. But, that’s it.

Aeneas Williams, Jim Harbaugh & Mike Dumas Silver Foil Expansion Team (1:2 packs)

Pack 24:

Chris Warren & Kordell Stewart RC

Lastly, the Kordell card back. The scouting reports on the rookies are a nice touch.

As can often be the case, many of the cards were damaged from sticking together. It happens all too often and something you need to be ready for if you are ripping a product that has been sitting around for a long time. Unfortunately, the Expansion Team checklist isn’t all that impressive, even if the cards look great.
