2024-25 Topps Inception Basketball will give the NBA’s biggest stars their first appearance on a brand that has made its mark in several other sports.

Hobby boxes will contain two autographs. A pre-sale will launch on Topps.com on August 12.
2024-25 Topps Inception Basketball Checklist Overview
The base set will include 100 cards of leading NBA veterans and top rookies. A litany of colored parallels are expected.
Autograph sets will include:
- Rookie Jumbo Relic Autographs
- Memory Lane Marks
- Grail Chasing Signatures
Topps also announced an ultra-rare SSP insert called Launch.
There have been Inception basketball cards in the past focused on amateurs, with two sets highlighting athletes from Overtime Elite in 2021 and 2022 and a Bowman Inception University set in 2022, which gained notoriety for early autograph cards of Victor Wembanyama and Caitlin Clark.
